Yes, thanks for the error message.    I think the biggest product
improvement suggestion is to keep the damned thing up and running. 
Server redundancy and fallback is child's play (seriously: my 13 year
old nephew set up automatic fallback for his Twonkyvision server).  Nor
is it expensive.  

Think about who buys your product: music nuts.  People who listen to
music ALL THE TIME.  If you want to improve customer satisfaction (and
thus sales), keep the service up and running.
