I'm just starting to use Rhapsody and what I noticed is that once I find a track I want to play, I have to hit right->down->play to get to the track to not get stuck like you describe. I've found the interface for Rhapsody very challenging. Finding artists is impossible from the transporter - the search engine appears broken.
