Received a response from Rhapsody after having the issue upgraded to
tier 2 customer support after a day.  They asked if I had cycled the
power and continued that if that does not clear up the issue to check
with Slim Devices - WTF!?!?!? I responded to this even though they had
labeled the case "solved" on their email.  Sigh....
