Which is exactly what it says at the "read more" link of the press
release.

No one fills their web pages with 50 pages of legalese, "offer void
where restricted or taxed, manufacturer rebates not available with this
offer, warranty does not include drive train or electrical system,
limited to stock on hand" etc...

There is a reason they call it "the fine print".. these sorts of
restrictions are common in business and no one wants to wade through
the same common restrictions to find out precisely what the offer is.
