Hi, I actually had the sam problem as you after upgrading, but managed to fix it last night. Heres what I did:
1. Made squeezecenter and squeezenetwork forget my squeezebox by. I did this from the settings screens, I forget where though sorry. 2. Factory reset the squeezebox by holding down the add button the remote, while plugging the squeezebox into the mains. You actually may want to try doing this without step 1, it probably doesn't need to be done.
