Are these outages announced/detailed anywhere? Grepping through the forums to find this kind of information can be tedious. I've recently eschewed my SqueezeCenter server for full-on "music in the cloud" via SqueezeNetwork + MP3Locker. If I'm having trouble accessing SN, I'd appreciate having a sticky thread or web page or feed or anything, really, that I could rely on for current SN availability, at least according to SD's perspective.
