With the availability yesterday of the new 2.0 operating system for
iphone and ipod touch, you can now stream internet music over wifi to
these devices.

Pandora is available for free (thus why not free on the squeezebox?)

AOL is offering over 200 stations for free.

There are also two new apps available to stream any shoutcast station
for free.

I connect my ipod touch to both my yamaha receiver with optional ipod
dock and a logitech powered speaker unit with direct ipod connection.
Now I can listen to pandora and other internet streaming music from my
ipod !!!

I still have my squeezeboxes and rhapsody subscription too. I wonder
if rhapsody is also going to be added to the ipod touch and iphone just
to stay up with the competition?

I like all these devices and they all offer their own advantages.
