for what its worth, i've read this thread, and others, and am still fuzzy on the role of SN. can't find any good documentation on it, either.
when i bring up the SN interface on my PC it says my player is not connected -- but i'm playing pandora on it, controlling it via the SC interface. Is it the case that a SB is connected to SN OR SC but never both at the same time? if that's the case, it looks like you have to connect to SN physically by way of the remote, and if you've done that you can do certain things in SN (e.g., when you're playing a station in Pandora you can indicate if you like a song or not. I can't find any way to do that in SC).
