You're half right...

When you pay for a To Go subscription, you get the ability to download
192k files onto your PC/compatible device for £15/month. The streaming
is also included (both from the Napster website and from the
Squeezebox). The squeezebox will not play the downloaded wma files, it
only plays streams.

If you only need the streaming portion (Squeezebox and web/client), you
only need the £10/month subscription.

If you're in a 30 day squeezebox trial, you'll only have access on the
squeezebox, but once you start paying, you'll be able to use the
web/client as well.
