Dear Andy,
just to recap: I have a TP and a Boom. The TP is not registered with SN
(I de-registered to see if it might help), The Boom is. I cannot
re-register the TP with SN because I cannot access the PIN screen on TP
anymore.
The following work flawlessy with one or both players:
1) streaming radio (I tried everything) - both players
2) synchronization of Boom settings with SN - the Boom, because TP not
registered with SN
So internet connection per se is not interrupted.
The following does not work with either player:
1) connect TP or Boom to SN via main menu or change Music Source from
my Homeserver to SN. Every time I try, the players (both Boom and TP)
attempt a connection with SN, but fail ("can't connect to SN. Go
Left..Go Right...")
So it seems the internet connection is not broken, yet the players
cannot connect to SN.
All parameters of the connection are correct. Bear in mind the Boom
connects wirelessly to the router, the TP via ethernet (and homeplug).
Do you have any suggestions for this apparent incoherence? Please
understand my concern - I cannot access SN, hence Napster etc etc etc.
Giacomo
