Hi All Bought a Boom recently and am loving it thanks to connectivity with Last FM. Really liking SqueezeNetwork in particular; It's great not to have a machine started on a network for the majority of functionality to still be available.
My only complaint so far is that most of the stock Radio channels available through SqueezeNetwork seem to be broken in my region. Nearly all stations attempt to connect and then display the error "No items found in playlist", with an address of 202.7.7.90 (presumably a content provider for my region). It was my impression that most stations are routed through or provided by RadioTime, so I signed up and tried playing a station through my browser that didn't work through SqueezeNetwork - I recieved audio almost immediately. Curious if it was using a different content source, I ran a "netstat -an" on my machine while playing and noted that I was again connected to 202.7.7.90, ruling out the server or connection between being an issue. Due to RadioTime's flash based player, I was unable to determine if the rest of the URL passed via SqueezeNetwork was correct. I've even tried changing my RadioTime location to see if they'd push me to a different content server, however upon trying it I still connected to 202.7.7.90. Has anyone encountered anything similar, or have a suggestion as to how to resolve this? -- hotdonkey ------------------------------------------------------------------------ hotdonkey's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=27604 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=61513 _______________________________________________ squeezenetwork mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezenetwork
