Security is not the only reason for connectivity problems with
squeezenetwork. I live in a remote location and don't require to use WEP
or WPA yet I get the same notifications "cannot connect" and "connection
has been lost" etc just like vipermac was experiencing before changing
security encryptions. In my case and I'm sure with others here in
Australia, NZ and other far flung places its down to latency issues
(pinging sites in the US show rates of +/- 300ms) the server in
California is too far and there are too many steps for signals to be
expected to take. I have a Reciva based Internet Radio, Reciva have
servers in every region of the world and when Squeezebox's Internet
radio connectively is next to useless I then turn to my Internet Radio
and know there will not be any connectivity or continual re-buffering
problems with that unit.

Its time Logitech realised they are selling these units World-wide and
not just to West and East Coast US or Europe where the servers are
located.
