I have exactly the same problem. I'm also on 7.3.3 of SqueezeCenter. I can't connect to the Squeeze Network, so can't get radio, sound effects, etc. at all.
I can very easily log-in to Squeeze Network directly, so the username/password are most definitely correct. From Squeeze Network, I can even see the Squeezebox devices from there, though they're shown as not being connected (of course). Can anyone help? I've lost all internet radio because of this.
