In addition to what Mnyb posted, the MAC is the real identifier in SN access... with the MAC ID, support can find the exact instance of the SB on SN (wow so many acronyms...). Sounds like he did just that, used the MAC to find the account the player was attached to, and checked for any oddities there. Andy periodically asks for MACs to be pm'd to him when people have odd issues on SN, and he's the God of SN, my guess is he wants them for the same reason.
