If it is using the wrong DNS addresses then this makes sense. The SB3
will be able to see your internal network, and radio streamed through
your local server will be proxied, so that isn't an issue, it's just
when it comes to try and look outside your network that it has
problems.

Why are you so reluctant to factory reset your player? This should
clear things up, and you won't loose any settings as that is all handled
by the server of mySB.com. Only the wireless credentially will be lost
really.
