I have a Duet and a SB3/Classic.  I've been unable to access
mysqueezebox.com on either player using my Duet's Controller for days
now.  It doesn't show up as an option on the controller's menus.  On the
mysqueezebox.com website, my players are listed on the "Players" page,
but with a status of "not connected", and the "Remote Control" page
doesn't see them.  If I use the IR remote for my SB3 to switch it to
mysqueezebox.com, the display says "mysqueezebox.com Test", and the
server location says "Datacenter: Oklahoma City (Test)".

This looks like something that Logitech needs to fix in my account on
their end.  I opened a ticket a couple days ago, but got no response,
other than a canned acknowledgment.
