I don't think you are adding any value on these boards. I suggest you go and find some other arrogant, narrow minded people to compare small minds with. People here have a genuine issue having bought a product to fulfil a need. Not all of us want to become server administrators, we want a product to work out of the box and continue to work. When that service fails we expect to get a resolution in some reasonable timeframe with reasonable information. I am sure that there are plenty on here who would like to see sensible suggestions for resolution rather than your self centered gloating. You do these boards a disservice and the kinds of responses you are posting will force people away from here and from this product. Be careful, one day you might want these people'e help. Good luck getting duplication of your relationships, because with your attitude to others you will need it.
