If you buy a big IBM mainframe and have their consultants/supporters
with you round the clock - who is operating the system :) ?
50% of the list still run 3270-Terminal-Emulations communicating with
an old dusty mainframe written in Cobol. Sometimes its just well hidden
behind a web-interface (buts its funny to see 80*24 areas in Courier in
the webpage sometimes *G*).

Anyway - I don't have insight knowlegde who really operates the
datacenters.
