Each player can only be connected to one server at a time: either your SBS _or_ mysb.com. So if your SBS shows them as playing, they are disconnected from mysb.com, and vice versa. How you connect to mysb.com depends on the player and/or remote you are using, but on the SBS web ui just go to Extras > Music Source > mysqueezebox.com.
