When your SB3 asks for you to setup a MySB.com account just press & hold the BACK button for a good 5 seconds. The SB3 will sputter a bit but it will eventually go back to setup where you can choose your SBS server to connect back too.
I have to do this all the time as I switch between 7.4 and 7.5, each version points to a different MySB.com server, and my SB3 is not registered on one of them.
