I'm really at my wits end with MySB.com. I really thought by now, with maturation of the servers/software/Boom + Duet firmware, that I'd have a reliable "cloud" music system (with MP3Tunes as well).
Sadly this has not really been the case, and I'm not really sure where the blame lies - Logitech, MP3Tunes, my network/net connection or a combination. Everything else through my network behaves ok, including more intensive data streams than mp3s. Firstly MySB.com has been very erratic, especially since the 7.5 update. Recently updates seem to have broken more things than they've improved ! Connection seems to break regularly for no apparent reason, and sometimes just refuses to connect or reconnect at all. Secondly, MP3Tunes gets "Timed out waiting for data" messages almost everytime I connect this past week or so. LastFM is generally more reliable (when MySB.com has decided to behave itself !), so this may be more of a problem with MP3Tunes server .... I don't know. It's SO frustrating and annoying because when it works it's fantastic. And it does work sometimes (I'm actually listening to MP3Tunes now !), it's just become VERY unreliable of late, which makes me suspect the 7.5 update.
