MSB.com gave me problems with 7.5 as well, losing connection many times
a day.  As of right now, however, it's been stable for exactly one
week.  I'd been in touch with tech support, and they told me they had
spread the load of the Sunnyvale, CA server across two new servers. 
Maybe the 7.5 upgrade required more resources of their servers and
yours will be upgraded, too.  Good luck!
