I have a SB Radio and a Duet. The former works with msb no problem, but I can never manage to connect the Duet. I have followed the instructions, i.e. done factory reset on Controller and Reciever and entered my account id and password. The player becomes visible on msb.com buit shows "not connected". If I select "connect to msb.com" nothing happens. My diagnostice show msb,com IP is 89.202.121.131 but it shows as not registered. I have never been able to get to the bit about finding my player PIN and entering it, I just never get to that point in the dialogue - when I select connect to msb.com the display just jinks to the right and nothing else.
