This is not a software/firmware version problem that I've heard from
others on this forum. And I don't have this issue with my touch running
latest 7.5.1 software. So there is something odd going on with your
setup.  When you say logged in, what do you mean. Logged into SbS
running on your local computer, logged into mysb.com, or are you using
"tinySbS" inside the TOUCH. Is the TOUCH wireless or wired?

Have you tried a factory reset of the TOUCH, then set up the networking
and mysb.com credentials again?
