I'm not sure how MySB is all that different in functionality than the
old SN as far as switching to them.  It's really the same, just a name
change.
Even the old SC (previous SBS server) used SN in the background.

How you switch from SBS to MySB depends on which player you are using.
I see you have an SB3 listed, as always you can switch between servers
in three ways
1.  press & hold LEFT arrow, enter Setup, scroll to MySB, arrow RIGHT
to connect
2.  navigate to Settings > Music Source > MySB > *arrow RIGHT*
3.  if SBS is off, navigate to Internet Radio or My Apps, MySB should
be offered

If on MySB and you want to get back to your SBS the same three methods
work, except in #3 you navigate to My Music and SBS should be offered.

If you don't want to turn off SBS then I wouldn't bother switching to
MySB anyway, SBS gives you everything on MySB and MUCH more.  ;)
