(I'm assuming we're talking about SB Radio) I'm pretty sure the Info Browser is kind of built-in app and under Settings (or maybe Advanced Settings?) there's definitely something like "Home Menu" which changes what goes on the home page. Whether "Information Browser" is available to tick or not in your case I don't know. (Sorry, I'm at work so can't look on my own radio).
