Users reporting problems is not infrequent, but those problems actually
being a result of service outage actually is pretty infrequent. Nothing
on our end has failed recently that we're aware of, so we don't have any
advance warning, or retrospective analysis, in this case. We do have a
reported uptick in support calls from europe in the past 24 hours, but
statistically it's a very small percentage, most users are fine and our
overall connection counts look sane.
