They may be enforced in Europhile Belgium!!!!

Try elsewhere in Europe for a more balanced view, where most countries
may well agree to a principle but seldom intend to enforce it. :-)

Also, think just for a moment about the number of subjective 'get-out'
clauses in that one statement:- 'unnecessary' (as judged by whom);
voluntary (so one can choose to ignore it)!

Truth is, to many of us in other countries of the EU, the directives
'imposed' or 'suggested' from Brussels are of little concern to daily
life... whatever Brussels may think!
