Probably .

But you need logitechs support to fix this , you live in th US so you
migth be able to call them .

You need the mac address of the SB2 to give to the support .

To be sure check if the mac adress of the SB2 actually is the one
printed on the sticker at the bottom (SB2 and SB3 can by a very rare
mysterius bug mangle their mac adresses ,this gives you problems ).
