Hi, sounds like a dns lookup Problem..
Your Equipment is running under a dhcp Server? - seems to be... 1) disable all fixxed IP settings in your extender - if possible or 2) change your Systems (in the wing they need the extender) from dhcp to fixxed ip and fixxed dns.
