Sorry for the delay. I have configured weekly notifications which
apparently means that the system will only send a notification seven
days after a new reply has been posted.

It looks like I won't be able to contact support without an idea of the
model and part numbers, for email support even the serial number. Is
there a way of determining those numbers without dismantling my entire
hi-fi rack?
