Dear Singh,

Cache will not redirect packet to port 3128. Your port
redirector like iptables,ipchains or ipfw will
redirect packets.....
According to your previous email you have placed port
redirecting via iptables and it seem to be fine...
so problem can be in your wccp module 99 %......
