Does the router show that there is hash assignment to the cache server?

But I am not aware about the hash assignment.

Milind

Henrik,

WCCPv2 GRE support is activated in OS kernel.
One redirection rule is applied for the packets coming on port 80 to be
redirected on port 3128.
But I am not aware about the hash assignment.

Is there any extra parameters required to define in squid.conf file? , if so
let me know.

Also tell me if any other details required from my side.

Regards,

Milind

Have you activated the WCCPv2 GRE support in your OS (usually involves
loading a kernel module or setting up a GRE tunnel if your GRE
implementation supports WCCPv2)

Have you enabled interception of port 80 packets on the proxy server by
firewall/nat rules in the proxy server OS?

Does the router show that there is hash assignment to the cache server?

Henrik
