proxy:/etc/squid # squidGuard -v
SquidGuard: 1.2.0 Sleepycat Software: Berkeley DB 4.0.14: (September  9, 2002)

Acctually when i changed the ip with username it was work.
so i thought may be your program was not support with ip

proxy:/etc/squid # cd /var/squidGuard/

test

When i used user name test, i was using ncsa_auth as authenticate program. i got 
exactly 3 minutes ..:-)
