Compile Squidguard

Hello,

I need help.

I install squid2.5stable12 on redhat server 3.

I install db.4.0.14 on /usr/loca/BerkeleyDB 
i modify my ld.so.conf and do ldconfig -v

But when i do ./configure --with-db=/usr/loca/BerkeleyDB/bin

i have this result :
checking for db_version in -ldb... no

** The Berkley DB library is required for squidGuard
   to compile. Get it from http://www.sleepycat.com
   use --with-db=DIR or --with-db-lib=DIR to specify
   its location. (default is /usr/local/BerkeleyDB)

Have you an idea ?
