Do you *need* to tell hosts apart? Couldn't you just have the same policy for everyone. If so, you'd just put the server's IP as one of a filtered ones and force the server to proxy all its web requests through squid... Alternatively, I wonder if you could set up squid authentication (perhaps with something simple like ident), so the username is passed with each web request, meaning you could filter on username instead?
