I second Rick's advice, also

1)      Check your expressions lists too...  they're black magic
2)      Use the provided squidGuard.cgi to report why things
        are blocked.
3)      Copy your squidGuard.conf to a backup, then
        start progressively removing sections and restrictions
        until it works.

SquidGuard is good stuff - persevere and you'll get good service from your
server.
