Have you looked at the mail logs to ensure that their connections are getting through? Can they login from other locations? Which browsers? Can you login to the IMAP server as that user from their computers (either telnet or outlook for example)? 1 - i can not find any log on the linux system. 2 - Yes , they can logon to the NT domain and use Outlook without any problem. They have used several workstations (at home and in the office ) but with te same results. So, im sure they are using the correct password/username combination. -- Jonathan Angliss ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) +++ <<< This email is scanned by Norton AntiVirus <<< on the Exchange Server before delivering +++ ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility Learn to use your power at OSDN's High Performance Computing Channel http://hpc.devchannel.org/ -- squirrelmail-users mailing list List Address: [EMAIL PROTECTED] List Archives: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=2995 List Info: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/squirrelmail-users
