The description of the bug: Squirrelmail displays incorrect received time
for local mail sent via the mail mua. Displayed received time is off by 6
hours. Received external mail displays correct received time. However,
using an imap client such as outlook displays the correct received time
for the local mail in question. Hope this makes sense.
I can reproduce the bug by:
1. From shell: date | mail kurt &
2. View mail in squirrelmail, received time will be 6:00 earlier than
correct time listed in the body of the test e-mail
3. View mail in outlook, received time will be correct time, equal to the
time listed in the body of the test e-mail
