[SM-USERS] File Manager Plug in

Hi,   I have installed File Manager plug-in & added the user in file_manager.users but I do not see any think in related to file manager in my browser when I login, can any one help me to activate, I have added the plugin to installed plugin list   Thanks   Suresh
