[SM-USERS] Login to Smail for the first time

I know I must be missing something very basic here. But how do you manage to sign into the webmail for the first time? I did not find any option to add users from the config perl script and cannot find any information about this.   Hope somebody will help me as I obviously are BRAND new to SM!   Regards
