Depending on how you'd like them delivered, you can merely click the
checkboxes next to the desired messages and press the "Forward" button,
which attaches them to an email that you can use to send them all at
once.  Of course, sizing might be an issue if you try to do that all in
one message.  There is also an archive mail plugin that allows you to
download any of your messages into a tarball which might be the most
flexible option.
