My permissions are correct.
I checked out the settings and everything is in order... The data_dir is
pointing to the /var/lib/squirrelmail/prefs/ (I copied the settings from
my saved config.php.1.2).
Is there anything else I can check?

Until I ran the rpm upgrade I did not have these issues...
