Our users experience this same error when logging into SquirrelMail 
v1.2.11.  Some users have 100+ e-mails in the INBOX.  I normally 
recommend the users to keep messages out of the INBOX and Trash folders 
as this increases the login time.  Keeping the INBOX, Drafts, Sent, and 
Trash mail folders (referred to as the SquirrelMail system folders) 
clear of excessive messages helps the login time.
