IMAP doesn't send mail. These are smtp server configurations, not for SM. You cannot prevent anyone from accessing their mail via lookout as long as you allow connections into the IMAP server from non-localhost interfaces. You can prevent anyone from sending via your server by disallowing non-localhost connections to the smtp server.
