This user has probably used Outlook with MSN using their HTTP mail
protocol.  He/she was expecting to do the same thing with SquirrelMail,
but he/she found out the hard way that this is impossible.  

You have nothing to worry about except to tell that user that he/she
cannot use Outlook like that.  He/she must go to your SM URL and use the
web mail interface.
