Hi all,

I am using SM 1.4.0 / PHP 4.3.3 / Apache 1.3.26

I have a user that receives e-mail regularly in either Chinese or
Spanish (never mixed in the same e-mail). Her language in
Options/Preferences is set to Spanish. When she replies to an e-mail in
Chinese, even though it looks fine on her computer (Win98/Internet
Destroyer 5.5) the recipient receives an illegible e-mail. It seems that
when it passes to the server, it is getting mangled with the language
setting, because if we change the language in Options/Preferences to
Chinese, everything Chinese is fine (while things Spanish are now
munged!)

Is there a plug-in to change the language in SM while composing an
e-mail?

If not, can anyone give me a hint as to where I need to hook into the
Compose code to add an option to change the SM_language for that e-mail
(by way of a plug-in)?

Thanks, Mike.
