I used to have that happen. Turns out that SM was trying to put EVERY
directory and subdirectory in /home/harold in the subscribe window. Since
there are thousands of directories there (I have thousands of pages in
public_html), it'd eventually give up. The fix was to change options -
folder preferences - folder path to "mail/". Now it only looks in the mail
directory to fill the subscribe and unsubscribe windows.
