Without more information, we might not be able to help you... You've not mentioned anything at all about your setup. As for the incorrect dates, it could be incorrect in the email, if you take a look at the message headers, you should be able to take a look at the Date: line, if you want to send one of them that is broken to the list, we can take a look...
