I tried the KB but there is no answer about that, and now I know that is a problem that happens with other people.

Might be configuration problem with Mercury/IMAP settings in SM? I have seen people using Mercury w/out problems... have you searched the mailing list archives?

Also, watch your IMAP logs and forward them with help requests.
Finally, look at SM 1.5.x and see that there are default IMAP settings available for Mercury. How do yours differ?
